Privacy Guardian by PC Tools is a good product. It is one of the few products that will clean MS Office history. It also has a number of third party plug–ins.

Privacy Guardian does effectively clean your computer and has a file shredder to permanently delete selected files. However, if you want every feature and cleaning option available such as complete Windows cleaning or stealth mode, you may want to look at Evidence Eliminator.
Feature Set:
Privacy Guardian supports a number of browser plug–ins like Internet Explorer, Netscape and AOL. You can set an automatic task scheduler or have it clean upon startup or shutdown. This product will clean your Windows Media Player information as well as your MS Office History.
