With a product that has to stay current with new technologies, support is key to having a winning product, hence the lower ranking.
The ease of use and setup is excellent with Windows Internet Cleaner Pro. One of the best compared to the competitors. It is also one of the fastest products to quickly browse and configure the application.

Windows Internet Cleaner doesn't have as many features as the some of the other products so the privacy protection in those areas suffers as a result.
Windows Internet Cleaner Pro does an outstanding job of implementing the plugins. A plugin is a small piece of interface software that allows your computer to erase information like the history of the last used files within desktop applications like browsers, email, instant messaging, chat, P2P, image viewers, graphical editors, etc. It is extremely easy to select any of the 150 available plugins.
The help is also excellent once you can get to it. The downside on the help is that it is only accessible from the main screen, not from any of the other screens where you actually need it. It responds to all the major issues that comes with privacy software.
Overall, Windows Internet Cleaner Pro is an excellent product. It has a good balance of functionality for the extremely technical user and a novice user, which is hard to accomplish in a software product. It didn't have as many options as some of the other products, but it did cover all of the major issues related to privacy protection. With improved support in the future, Windows Internet Cleaner Pro could be in the running for the best privacy protection software in the marketplace
